
Hello it's me Dara and I’m a Certified Zumba Instructor. I first try Zumba in 2014 when I was back in college and fell in love with this sport instantly. At that time I can’t dance at all but I can keep up with a sport that has dance basic and I had so much fun doing it. What’s unique from my class is that the moves are energetic, not a lot of Latin dance moves. I prefer jumps and doing moves that have high impacts, most songs in my playlist have squats in it. My class usually make people feels really tired but it's so fun that everytime they feel tired they'll laugh and I always ask my class when they already starting to laugh their tiredness out "do guys want more??"
