When any one of these 7 chakras becomes bocked, it can disrupt the flow of energy throughout the entire body. The purpose of Yoga for Chakras is to unblock and activate your chakras so that energy can flow throughout your body, bringing you to a state of balance, peace and harmony with yourself and the world around you.
