Intro to Yoga (level 0-0.5) are especially designed for those of you who wanted to start yoga or wanted to know how to move the body as asking help in bigger all level class is too intimidating. Taught by selected trained instructors for these series, you are taught on how to get to know basic alignment and modifications for poses, how to go inward and move from that space guided by conscious breathing, how to unplug from demanding lifestyles, and to rest In a magical Savasana so that you feel fresher and energized. There are several days during the weekdays, 3 or 4 x depending on the seasons; and every Saturday with option on Sunday when another Class appropriate for beginners
