The name Jivamukti is an adaptation of the Sanskrit jivanmukti, wherein jiva is the individual living soul, and mukti – like moksha – is liberation from the cycle of death and rebirth. Jivamukti is a full one and half-hour balanced class which includes physical, ethical, and spiritual practice. It is a yoga that combining a vigorous hatha yoga, and vinyasa-based physical style.
