
Ballet Fit is a ballet fitness, different from barre fitness, it is a workout from the actual exercises that ballet dancers do to warm up, strengthen and stretch their muscle. The benefits are to improved posture, muscle definition, increased flexibility, strength of muscle, and also for good coordination. This workout is designed by Adella and Aletta based on our ballet experience expressly for all fitness levels. No need prior ballet experience. You don't have to have ballet experience prior to join this class.
