Power Barre is a core focused, dynamic total body workout combining pilates principles, ballet movement as well as some functional training and yoga sequences. The class is design to better the posture, strengthen the core, sculpt the muscles, and improves stability, mobility and flexibility-all in all with a banging music as you will move per the beat.
