Spinning Hammock  is an expressive aerial art,  comprised of dynamic movements and tricks, to achieve beautiful shapes and transitions. This class involving spinning and inverts. Students are required to already have prior aerial training (can be on other aerial apparatus ) and be able to invert in the air with no assistance.
